Booked is a business management application designed to help tradespeople and service businesses organise customers, jobs, appointments, materials, payments and related business information.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your country, to create an account and use Booked.

By using the service, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information when creating your account
• Keep your login details secure
• Notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission
• Accept responsibility for activities carried out using your account

Booked is offered through a subscription purchased via the Apple App Store.

Subscriptions are managed by Apple and are subject to Apple's payment terms, billing policies and cancellation procedures.

We do not collect or store your payment card information.

You agree not to:

• Use Booked for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service or other user accounts
• Upload malicious software or harmful content
• Interfere with the operation or security of the service
• Use Booked in a way that infringes the rights of others

You retain ownership of the information, photos, documents and other content you upload to Booked.

You grant us permission to store, process and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

You are responsible for ensuring that any content you upload complies with applicable laws and does not infringe the rights of others.

Booked, including its design, branding, software, logos, graphics and content, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute or reproduce any part of Booked without our prior written permission.

We aim to provide a reliable service but cannot guarantee that Booked will always be available or operate without interruption.

We may perform maintenance, updates or improvements that temporarily affect availability.

Booked is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties or guarantees regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy or suitability of the service for your particular business needs.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from your use of Booked.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such limitation is not permitted by applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that seriously or repeatedly breach these Terms or where required by law.

You may stop using Booked and delete your account at any time.

We may update, improve or modify Booked from time to time in order to enhance functionality, improve security or comply with legal requirements.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

If significant changes are made, we will update the "Last updated" date on this page. Continued use of Booked after those changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales unless applicable law requires otherwise.

If you choose to provide feedback, suggestions or ideas relating to Booked, you agree that we may use those suggestions to improve the service without any obligation to compensate you.
