• Sensitive personal information unless you choose to store it within your own job notes

Subscriptions are securely managed through Apple's App Store. We never receive or store your payment card details.

We use your information to:

• Create and manage your account
• Store and organise your business information
• Manage customers, jobs and appointments
• Display uploaded photos and documents
• Provide weather and location features when permission has been granted
• Send password reset emails when requested
• Maintain and improve the reliability, performance and security of Booked

• It is necessary to provide the service you have requested
• It is necessary for our legitimate interests in operating, securing and improving Booked

Booked relies on trusted third-party providers to deliver the service.

These currently include:

• Supabase (authentication, database and secure file storage)
• Apple App Store (subscriptions and payment processing)
• Open-Meteo (weather information)
• Google Fonts

These providers only process information as necessary to provide their respective services.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information from unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration or destruction.

Although no online service can guarantee absolute security, we use industry-standard security practices to safeguard your information.

We retain your information for as long as your account remains active.

If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymise your personal information within a reasonable period unless we are legally required to retain certain information.

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the right to:
